Requirements to get an Uncontested Louisiana Divorce

To be eligible for an uncontested Louisiana Divorce, a married couple must:

live separate and apart for 180 days before seeking a divorce (if there are no minor children of the marriage)

or

live separate and apart for 365 days before seeking a divorce (if there are minor children of the marriage)

If you fall into one of these categories, then please proceed to the form. Once you complete the form, print and sign the authorization documents, then mail them to our office at P.O.
